Choose a focused analytics surface when the team already has product feedback, support and experimentation tools, and needs a trustworthy answer to “what changed?” without operating another large platform.

Migration without profile expansion
Start with page views, a small event vocabulary, goals and one activation funnel. Preserve the event names that answer decisions, drop fields that identify people, and compare aggregate counts for a fixed timezone and period.
